Selecting Account Plans from Call Reports
To associate an account plan with a call, users can select active account plans from the account plan picklist on the call report. This allows users to quickly view strategies, activities, and action items for the account.

Configuring Account Plan Access from Call Reports for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
- Grant permissions:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets
- Select the appropriate permission set
- Select the Objects tab
- Grant users edit permission to the account_plan__v field on the call2__v object
- Grant users at least read permission to the account_plan__v object
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > call2__v
- Select the Layouts tab.
- Add the account_plan__v field to the Details app section on the appropriate call2__v layouts.
To enable Browser users to create a call from an account plan:
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
- Grant permissions:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets
- Select the appropriate permission set
- Select the Objects tab
- Grant edit permission to the account_plan__v field on the call2__v object
- Grant execute permission to the record_call__v object action on the account_plan__v object
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > account_plan__v > Object Types.
- Select the Actions link next to the pagination controls.

To enable Browser users to create a call from an account tactic:
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
- Grant permissions:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets
- Select the appropriate permission set
- Select the Objects tab
- Grant edit permission to the account_plan__v field on the call2__v object
- Grant edit permission to the account_tactic__v field on the call2_discussion__v object
- Grant execute permission to the record_call__v object action on the account_tactic__v object
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > call2__v.
- Select the Layouts tab.
- Add the product_discussion_section__v app section to the appropriate call2__v page layouts.
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > account_tactic__v > Object Types.
- Select the Actions link next to the pagination controls.
- Add the Record a Call object action to the associated object types.
Selecting Account Plans from Call Reports as

Users can select an account plan from the account_plan__v picklist on the call report, giving them easier access to the plan details.
Account plans are available for selection in the call report when:
- The account plan is active
- The status__v field on the account_plan__v record is set to Active
- The active__v check box on the account_plan__v record is selected
- The account plan is assigned to the primary account on the call, or the account plan contains an account tactic associated to the primary account on the call
If there are child calls, the account plan selected on the parent call is stamped to the child calls when users save or submit the call report.
When users select the Record Call object action to create a call report from an account plan, the account plan and account are automatically populated.
When users select the Record Call object action to create a call report from an account tactic, the account plan and account are automatically populated based on the values from the account tactic. When users add a call discussion, the account tactic is automatically populated.
