Configuring End Dating Align Mastered Roster Members for

To configure this feature, ensure Managing Users in Align is complete.
End Dating Align Mastered Roster Members as

To end date Align mastered roster members:
- Navigate to the appropriate aln_roster_member__v record.
- Edit the end_date__v field with the appropriate date.
Roster members end-dated in Align do not need to have an assigned or inherited Vault CRM Security Profile.
When an Align mastered roster member has an end-date in the past, the corresponding user__sys record is inactivated as part of the next push.
If the roster member’s territory assignment was end-dated, push from the root level, not from the territory level.
When the user__sys record is successfully inactivated, the crm_user_status__v field of the aln_roster_member__v record also updates to Inactive.
When the end date of a roster member with active territory assignments is edited, the end date of the related territory assignments also updates.
Updating the end date of a roster member via the Vault Loader or through an API integration does not affect the end date of territory assignments to that roster member.
Reactivating Roster Members
If a roster member is inactivated via this process and the user wants to reactivate the user:
- Modify the end_date__v of the roster member to a date in the future.
- Set the crm_user_status__v field on the roster member to Active.
When these conditions are met, the corresponding user__sys record is reactivated during the next push.
