Scheduling Calls in Day View
My Schedule's Day View displays calls and activities by day, enabling users to schedule calls one day at a time.
Who can use this feature?
- End Users (Browser)
- Users do not require an additional license
Configuring Day View for

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Call Planning is complete.
Scheduling Calls in Day View as

On the Browser platform, Day View provides a single-day scheduling view. Days of the week display in the calendar header. To jump to another day of the week, select the appropriate date from the calendar header.
To schedule a call:
- Select the appropriate time slot.
- Select Add Call.
- Search for and select the appropriate account from the account search modal.
- Select Save to create the call report.
Alternatively, drag an account from the Scheduler pane to the appropriate time slot on the calendar.
