Network Object Mapping

The Network Object Mapping window enables the user to establish a relationship between a Network Object and a Vault CRM Object.

Who can use this feature?

System Admin Users

The following functionality is available:

Network Object API Name is a picklist of object types available on Network
Vault CRM Object API Name is a picklist of objects within Vault CRM
Person Account is a check box that displays only if Account is selected as Vault CRM Object API Name. When selected, this indicates that the Account is a Person Account.
External ID API Name is a picklist of Field API names of the Vault CRM object selected in Vault CRM Object API Name field
The Save action saves the Object Mapping. When a user selects Save, the field mapping validation is performed:

If the process is Invalid, the page remains open and the mapping is not saved
If the process is Valid, the mapping is saved, and the user is returned to the Network Object Mapping View page
