Network Object Mapping
The Network Object Mapping window enables the user to establish a relationship between a Network Object and a Vault CRM Object.
Who can use this feature?
- Browser Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- System Admin Users
Configuring Network Object Mapping for

This feature is enabled by default and does not require configuration.
Using Network Object Mapping as

The following functionality is available:
- Network Object API Name is a picklist of object types available on Network
- Vault CRM Object API Name is a picklist of objects within Vault CRM
- Person Account is a check box that displays only if Account is selected as Vault CRM Object API Name. When selected, this indicates that the Account is a Person Account.
- External ID API Name is a picklist of Field API names of the Vault CRM object selected in Vault CRM Object API Name field
- The Save action saves the Object Mapping. When a user selects Save, the field mapping validation is performed:
- If the process is Invalid, the page remains open and the mapping is not saved
- If the process is Valid, the mapping is saved, and the user is returned to the Network Object Mapping View page
- The Cancel action cancels the mapping
