Reference Mapping
When the Object Type in the Information Section evaluates to object_type__v, the values mapping table displays below the edit page layout where the user can specify the mappings of object types between Vault CRM and Network.
Who can use this feature?
- Browser Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- System Admin Users
Configuring Reference Mapping for
System Admin Users
This feature is enabled by default and does not require configuration.
Using Reference Mapping as
System Admin Users
The admin selects the Network Reference Code to be mapped, and selects the corresponding Vault CRM Object Type Name. Select the Direction of the mapping (Bidirectional, Inbound or Outbound).
