Approved Email Limits
Who can use this feature?
- Browser, iPad, iPhone Users
- Users require an Approved Email license
- Content Creators, End Users
The following limits apply for Approved Email:

No limit (daily, weekly, or monthly) on number of emails a user can send

No limit on number of emails that can be saved as drafts

No limit on number of emails that can be scheduled

No limit on the number of documents that can be inserted in an email

Up to 8 ‘Bcc’ recipients per individual email
Organizations can define a threshold that determines how many emails can be sent to an account within a specified period of time.
