Hiding Approved Email Content
To hide certain Email Templates and Email Fragments from users when composing emails, content creators can mark the Approved Email content as hidden. Email Templates and Email Fragments marked as hidden still display when accessed directly, for example, when launched from CLM to send an email.

Configuring Hidden Approved Email Content for

This feature requires configuration in PromoMats / MedComms. Integration users require Read permission to the Hide from CRM Library (crm_hidden__v) field on the Email Template and Email Fragment document types, and the field should be added to the Email Template and Email Fragment document types.
To configure this feature:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Grant the following permissions:

Navigate to the Approved Email Administration page.

Select the Compare CRM to Vault button. Fields, including the hidden__v field, are mapped between Vault CRM and Vault PromoMats / MedComms to ensure proper integration, but the display does not change.

To configure this feature:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Grant the following permissions:

Hiding Approved Email Content as

Content creators can select the Hide from CRM Library (crm_hidden__v) field on Email Templates and Email Fragments when creating content in Vault PromoMats / MedComms. When the content syncs to Vault CRM, this field maps to the hidden__v field on the corresponding approved_document__v records.
When the hidden__v check box is selected for an approved_document__v record, that Email Template or Fragment does not display in the Send Email screen when users compose Approved Emails from the following entry points:
- Accounts
- Calls
- CLM
- X-Pages
