The following Veeva Messages apply to certain Approved Email Settings. It is best practice to define configuration values in the Veeva Message, not in the corresponding Approved Email Setting itself.

Filters words or phrases entered in a free text field on an Email Template. When a restricted word is present, an error displays and the email cannot be sent. Restricted words are entered as a double semi-colon delimited list that will be checked against the {{customText[]}} token in Email Templates. Users can insert the {{detailproduct}} markup token in the Veeva Message text to include all Detail product names as restricted words. |
