Filters words or phrases entered in a free text field on an Email Template. When a restricted word is present, an error displays and the email cannot be sent. Restricted words are entered as a double semi-colon delimited list that will be checked against the {{customText[]}} token in Email Templates.

Users can insert the {{detailproduct}} markup token in the Veeva Message text to include all Detail product names as restricted words.
