Tracking CLM Activity Anonymously
Customers can report on CLM activity in the media player even if an account is not selected or an account that opted out of tracking is selected, allowing CLM activity to be saved and analyzed anonymously.

Configuring Anonymous CLM Tracking for
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring CLM as Document Model is complete.
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > VMobile Object Configurations (vmobile_object_configuration__v).
- Ensure VMOCs for the following objects are active for the appropriate platform and Meta Data Only is selected:
- multichannel_activity__v
- multichannel_activity_line__v
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Multichannel Settings (multichannel_settings__v).
- Select the appropriate multichannel_settings__v record.
- Populate the Track CLM Media Preview Multichannel Setting with the appropriate value:
- 0 or NULL - Do not track use
- 1 - Track all media player use, including training
- 2 - Track training use only
Tracking CLM Activity Anonymously as
When end users display CLM content and then exit the media player but do not have consent to track activity for specific accounts, the CLM activity is saved on multichannel activity and multichannel activity line records without being associated with an account.
