Consent Capture as Document Overview
Consent Capture as Document Model leverages the native content capabilities of the Vault Platform for Approved Email content within Vault CRM. This feature transitions from the legacy object model to a standard Vault Document and Binder architecture. By storing Approved Email templates, fragments, and template fragments as documents, customers can leverage core Vault platform capabilities, including lifecycles and robust security controls.

Users and Roles
Consent Capture has several different types of users, each of them with unique roles and responsibilities:
- IT Admin
- Configures consent permissions for business admins and users
- Business Admin
- Manages records for consent headers, consent types, and consent lines
- Defines types of consent for users
- Can view staged consent headers
- End User
- CRM end user, typically a sales rep
- Visits HCPs and requests consent to send communications and track activity
- HCP
- Grants and confirms consent to receive communications
