Viewing Signatures on Multichannel Consent Records

Signatures captured when confirming consent can be rendered as images directly on multichannel consent records. This allows business admins to audit the consent records captured by end users and ensure HCPs are properly confirming their consent.

- Vault (Browser)
- Users do not require an additional license
- Business admins
Viewing Signatures on Multichannel Consent Records
Business Admin Users
To view the signature on a multichannel consent record:
- Navigate to the Multichannel Consents tab in All Tabs.
- Select the appropriate multichannel_consent__v record to view the captured signature.
If a signature was not captured, the text from the MC_NO_SIGNATURE_PRESENT Veeva Message displays. By default, the text is No signature captured.
