Mass Add Order Entry Mode

Mass Add Order Entry Mode allows users to see all available products added to the order as order lines upon order creation. Mass Add Order Entry Mode can help reduce the time it takes for a user to capture an order by eliminating the need for the user to search for products with the product selector.

Who can use this feature?

  • Browser, iPad, Windows Users
  • Users do not require an additional license
  • End Users

Configuring Mass Add Order Entry Mode for

Configuration is required for iPad and Windows users only.

To configure this feature:

  1. Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
  2. Set the order_touch_entry_mode__v Veeva Setting to 3.

Using Mass Add Order Entry Mode as

Browser users must always use Mass Add Order Entry Mode. iPad and Windows users can use Mass Add Order Entry Mode or Direct Entry Mode, depending on how Order Management is configured.

To use Mass Add Order Entry Mode:

  1. Create an order.
  2. Select the Order Lines tab. The table view displays all products available to add to the order.
  3. Add quantity, free goods, or a value in a custom order line field to add the order line to the order.
