To configure this feature, ensure Configuring X-Pages Studio is complete.

Editing Page Properties

To edit the page properties for an X-Page:

1. Sign into X-Pages Studio.
2. Select the page's corresponding More Actions menu.
3. Edit the page properties as necessary.
4. Select Save.

Duplicating Pages

Content creators can duplicate existing pages to reuse them across multiple teams with minor changes. This is only available if the page has a saved version in the X-Pages Studio domain.

Duplicating a page also duplicates the Page Type, Team, Test User, and Test Record fields in the new page. All are editable except for the Page Type.

To duplicate a page:

1. Log into X-Pages Studio.
2. Select the page’s corresponding More Actions menu.
3. Select Duplicate Page.
4. Update the Page Name field and optionally, the Description field.
5. Select Duplicate.

Importing & Exporting Page Files

Content creators can import pages or previously used templates into X-Pages Studio.

To import a page:

1. Log into X-Pages Studio.
2. Select and expand the New Page drop-down.
3. Select New Page from File.
4. Populate the required fields and attach the template zip file.
5. Select the Page Template checkbox to indicate if the imported page is a template.
6. Select Create.

Content creators can also export a page as a zip file. Pages without a saved version can not be exported.

To export a page:

1. Log into X-Pages Studio.
2. Select the page’s corresponding More Actions menu.
3. Select Export to automatically start the download.

Deleting a Page

To delete a page:

1. Log into X-Pages Studio.
2. Select the page’s corresponding More Actions menu.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm Delete.

Users can recover deleted content by submitting a support ticket.
