System Users are created in Vault CRM instances and managed by Veeva for integration purposes. By default, these users are assigned the appropriate permission set. Customers cannot update the permission set, but the following additional permissions can be added to display the HCP Facing Display Name for appointment booking features.

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure the appropriate features are configured:
   * [Appointment Booking: Sending Meeting Requests via Approved Email](../../Multichannel/Engage/Schedule/SendMeetingRequest.htm)

2. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > Account > Object Types**.
3. Select the **All Actions** button.

7. Assign it to the **Engage System User** via an Application Role. See [Adding Permission Sets to Application Roles](https://platform.veevavault.help/en/gr/69197/#adding-permission-sets-to-application-roles) for more information.

The formatted name displays when HCPs perform one of the following actions:

* Submit a meeting request on the Engage Scheduling Site – The HCP name displays in the Participants section of the page. See [Appointment Booking: Sending Meeting Requests via Approved Email](../../Multichannel/Engage/Schedule/SendMeetingRequest.htm) for more information.

* View a confirmation email for an accepted meeting request – The HCP name displays in the email. See [Appointment Booking: Managing Meeting Requests in My Schedule](../../Multichannel/Engage/Schedule/MeetingRequests.htm) for more information.
* Grant consent on the Consent Capture screen – The HCP name displays in the header. See [Granting Consent](../../Multichannel/ConsentCapture/GrantConsent/GrantConsent.htm) for more information.

On the Engage Scheduling Site and in confirmation emails, if the end user does not have Read field permission to the hcp\_facing\_display\_name\_\_v field on the account\_\_v object, the account name displays and is formatted according to the HCP's device’s country:

* [Last name][First name] for HCPs in Japan, Korea, or Taiwan
* [First name] [Last name] for HCPs in any other country
