## Scheduling Calls and Activities in Day View

My Schedule's Day View displays calls and activities by day, enabling users to schedule calls one day at a time.

* End Users — Browser

To configure this feature, ensure [[Configuring Call Planning](../../CPConfig.htm)](../../CPConfig.htm) is complete.

### Scheduling Calls and Activities in Day View as

On the Browser platform, Day View provides a single-day scheduling view. Days of the week display in the calendar header. To jump to another day of the week, select the appropriate date from the calendar header.

To schedule a call:

1. Select the appropriate time slot.

2. Select **Add Call**.
3. Search for and select the appropriate account from the account search modal.

4. Select **Save** to create the call report.

Alternatively, drag an account from the Scheduler pane to the appropriate time slot on the calendar.
