## Displaying Warnings for Weekend Time Off Territory

To help users avoid generating inaccurate Time Off Territory records, warnings display when users attempt to create Time Off Territory starting on a weekend day.

### Configuring Warnings for Weekend Time Off Territory for

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure [Using Time Off Territory in My Schedule](CreateTOT.htm) is complete.
2. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > veeva\_settings\_\_v**.
3. Populate the **prevent\_tot\_weekend\_\_v** Veeva Setting with a value of 1 to display a warning before users schedule Time Off Territory starting on a weekend day.

### Viewing Warnings for Weekend Time Off Territory

When users attempt to create a Time Off Territory record starting on a weekend day, based on their locale, a warning displays. Select OK to create the record, or select Cancel to return to editing the record.
