## Viewing Captured Call Signatures

For auditing and regulatory compliance, sample admin users can view electronic signatures captured on the call report from Account records or Rep Roster records. This enables the sample admin to review all call signatures captured, by account or by user, and verify the signatures are genuine and consistent across records.

#### Validation Disclaimer

Viewing Captured Call Signatures is released without validation. This feature requires enablement and does not affect other Vault CRM functionality. It was extensively tested by our QA team during the development and release process and will go through validation at a later date.

### Configuring Viewing Captured Signatures for

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure [Configuring Call Sampling](../Config/ConfiguringCS.htm) is complete.
2. Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.**
3. Select the appropriate permission set.
4. Select the **Objects** tab.
5. Grant the following permissions:

   | Object | Object Permission | Object Types | Fields | Field Permission |

   | call2\_\_v | CRED | All applicable object types | * account\_\_v * call\_date\_\_v * name\_\_v * ownerid\_\_v * signature\_\_v * signature\_date\_\_v | Read |

   | user\_\_sys | R | n/a | n/a | n/a |
6. Grant Execute permission for the **view\_call\_signatures\_\_v** action on the account\_\_v object.
7. Grant Execute permission for the **view\_call\_signatures\_\_v** action on the rep\_roster\_\_v object.
8. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > account\_\_v > Object Types**.
9. Ensure the **view\_call\_signatures\_\_v** action is enabled for the appropriate account\_\_v object types.

### Using Viewing Captured Signatures as

To view captured electronic signatures for call sampling, select the View Call Signatures action from the All Actions menu on an Account or Rep Roster record.

Selecting the action from an Account record displays signatures from the account, across users, while selecting the action from the Rep Roster record displays signatures captured by the user, across accounts.

The 50 most recent signatures display in the View Signatures modal. Sample admin users can search by signature date.

Once end users have submitted a call report, they cannot view captured signatures. Only admin users can view captured signatures.

To generate a printable signature list, select Print. The list opens in a new Browser tab.

Select the Print button to open a printable version of the list in the device's native printing dialog.
