## Stamping Suggestion Title and Reason on the Call Report

To help users plan and prepare for calls, the suggestion title and reason display on call reports created from Suggestions and are stamped on the call report record. Business admin users and managers use suggestions to recommend end users take certain actions—for example, suggesting users schedule a call with a specific HCP.

On Suggestions, the Title and Reason fields are used to summarize the suggestion and communicate the reason for the suggestion to end users. When end users then create calls from suggestions on the Account Overview Timeline, the Suggestion tile on the Vault CRM homepage, or from X-Pages visualizations, the suggestion title and reason are stamped and displayed on the resulting call report.

### Configuring Stamping Suggestion Title and Reason on the Call Report for

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure the following configuration is complete:
   * [Configuring Call Reporting](../../ConfiguringCR.htm)
   * [Configuring Suggestions](../../../Suggestions/Config/SuggestionsConfig.htm)
2. Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets**.
3. Select the appropriate permission set.
4. Select the **Objects** tab.
5. Grant edit field permission for the following fields on the **call2\_\_v** object:
   * suggestion\_title\_\_v
   * suggestion\_reason\_\_v
6. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > call2\_\_v > Layouts**.
7. Add the following fields to the appropriate **call2\_\_v** layouts:
   * suggestion\_title\_\_v
   * suggestion\_reason\_\_v

The suggestion\_title\_\_v and suggestion\_reason\_\_v fields do not need to be on the call2\_\_v layout in order to stamp. As long as users have edit field permission for the fields, the values are stamped to the call2\_\_v record.

### Viewing Stamped Suggestions on the Call Report as

When end users create a call report from a call-type suggestion, the following fields are stamped on the call report based on the originating suggestion\_\_v record:

* suggestion\_reason\_\_v field on the call2\_\_v object -Stamped with the value of the reason\_\_v field from the suggestion\_\_v record. Hyperlinks and rich text are supported.
* suggestion\_title\_\_v field on the call2\_\_v object - Stamped with the value of the title\_\_v field from the suggestion\_\_v record

Suggestions are only stamped on individual call reports created from [call-type suggestions](../../../Suggestions/UsingSuggestions/SchedulingCallfromSugg.htm). When users save, edit, or submit calls, the suggestion\_reason\_\_v and suggestion\_title\_\_v fields are not updated.

Group calls are not supported. Stamping suggestions on the call report is only supported for individual calls.

Users cannot edit the suggestion\_reason\_\_v and suggestion\_title\_\_v fields from the call report. To preserve hyperlinks to external materials, suggestion\_title\_\_v and suggestion\_reason\_\_v always display as read-only on the call report, regardless of the user's field permission.
