* em\_event\_status\_\_v
* end\_time\_\_v
* location\_\_v
* name\_\_v
* object\_type\_\_v
* ownerid\_\_v

  The ownerid\_\_v field only displays for events where the owner is someone other than current user.
* product\_\_v - iPad only
* program\_type\_\_v
* speaker\_\_v (em\_event\_speaker\_\_v with status of rejected\_\_v are not displayed)

  The speaker\_\_v field only displays for events with speakers.

### Filtering Event Types in My Schedule for

[![Closed](../../../../Skins/Default/Stylesheets/Images/transparent.gif)End Users](#)

End Users can view a more relevant and focused list of events in My Schedule, making it easier to plan their day and week. Business Admin Users can exclude certain event types, such as event templates, from displaying in My Schedule for all users. This ensures users only see events they are actively participating in, rather than templates they have access to for event creation:

1. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Events Management Settings**.
2. Select **Edit** for the appropriate settings record.
3. Populate the **exclude\_event\_types\_from\_my\_schedule\_\_v** field with a comma-delimited list of Event Type API names to exclude from displaying in My Schedule. For example:

   marketing\_program\_\_v,local\_event\_template\_\_v

When end users view their calendars in My Schedule, events with an event type listed in the exclude\_event\_types\_from\_my\_schedule\_\_v Events Management setting do not display.
