## Performing a Database Refresh

In some cases, resolving data inconsistencies may require users to fully refresh all Vault CRM data on the device. Performing a database refresh uploads any unsynced data before clearing the mobile database and re-downloading all the data from the Vault CRM database. A database refresh fails if there are sync errors. During a database refresh, users cannot navigate away and perform activities in the app.

A database refresh takes longer than an incremental sync, as it is downloading all data instead of only changed data from the last incremental sync.
