## Network Overview

Veeva Network is a complete, cloud-based customer master solution that combines healthcare professional, healthcare organization, affiliations and reference data, software and stewardship services in a single solution that’s seamlessly integrated with Vault CRM. This provides accurate, complete, and always up-to-date customer data within Vault CRM.

Veeva Network changes the way you interact with customer data. Benefits include:

* Request data changes in Vault CRM by end users
* Data is always validated, and always up to date
* Single source of information
* Provides a complete view of the HCP

With Network, the following users can perform the following tasks:

#### System Admin Users

1. [Merge Account Records](Merge.htm) – Admins can merge duplicate account records in Network to make it easier for users to find accounts
2. [Network Mapping](Network_Mapping/Network_Mapping_Overview.htm) - Admins can define the mapping of fields between CRM and Network required for CRM-Network Integration. Mapping data is stored and maintained by Vault CRM.

#### End Users

1. [Account Search](Account_Search.htm) – End users search Veeva Network for accounts which may already exist in the system
2. [Data Change Requests](Data_Change_Requests/Data_Change_Requests_Overview.htm) – End users can submit DCRs to modify account data requiring validation
