## Enabling Accounts for Inventory Monitoring

Accounts that end users will create Inventory Monitorings for must be enabled for Inventory Monitoring.

* Users do not require an additional license

### Enabling Accounts for Inventory Monitoring as

To enable accounts for Inventory Monitoring:

1. Ensure [Configuring Inventory Monitoring](ConfiguringIM.htm) is complete.
2. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > account\_\_v**.
3. Select the appropriate account.
4. Select **Edit**.
5. Select **inventory\_monitoring\_\_v** from the inventory\_monitoring\_type\_\_v pick list.

6. Select **Save**.
7. Repeat these steps for all accounts for which end users will create Inventory Monitoring records.
