## Allowing Multiple Product Inquiries

End users are frequently responsible for multiple products and often discuss more than one product during a call. HCP's questions are typically driven by their immediate patient care needs, intellectual curiosity, and clinical challenges. Either of these scenarios can result in the need for an end user to capture multiple medical inquiries at the same time. End users can capture details for all the inquiries in a single UI. When signing, the HCP sees all captured inquiries on a single signature screen.

### Configuring Multiple Product Inquiries for

End Users

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure [Configuring Medical Inquiries](Configuring_Medical_Inquiries.htm) is complete.
2. Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets**.

* Select the appropriate permission set
* Select the **Objects** tab
* Select **medical\_inquiry\_\_v**
* Grant Edit permission to the **group\_identifier\_\_v** field on the medical\_inquiry\_\_v object
* Grant View permission to the **multiple\_product\_inquiries\_field\_control\_\_v** object control
* Select **Save**

3. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration> Objects.**

* Select **medical\_inquiry\_\_v**
* Select the **Layouts** tab
* Select the appropriate layout
* Place the **multiple\_product\_inquiries\_field\_control\_\_v** field control on the layout

  Do not add the object\_type\_\_v field (if using) to the same section as the multiple\_product\_inquiries\_field\_control\_\_v field control.

4. Select **Done**.

Do not use Object Workflows with Multiple Product Inquiries.

End users can add, copy, and remove individual inquiries within the same Medical Inquiry form.

* To add an inquiry row, select the Add icon in the Inquiry and Delivery Method Information section
* To create an inquiry row by duplicating an existing row, select the Copy icon. The copied row displays beneath the original
* To remove an inquiry row, select the Delete icon. A confirmation displays.
