## Using Key Messages in Approved Email Content

Approved Email content frequently corresponds to information in defined key messages. These key messages can be associated with Approved Email content and stamped on sent emails, enabling end users and content admins to clearly see which key message was communicated in the email.

When an end user sends an Approved Email to an HCP containing a key message, the end user can see the associated key message in the sent\_email\_\_v record associated with the email to the HCP.

When end users view past messages to HCPs, they can view the key message field on each sent\_email\_\_v record and see, at a glance, which key messages were recently communicated to the HCP. This helps the end user plan upcoming visits with that HCP.
