## Previewing Rendered Approved Email Content

Users can preview rendered Approved Documents or sent emails directly within CRM. This enables users to ensure information in the content is correct.

When a user navigates to the record’s detail page, they can see the email template HTML rendered directly within CRM.

**Who can use this feature?**

* Browser, iPad, iPhone Users
* Users require an Approved Email license
* End Users

### Configuring Previews of Rendered Approved Email Content

Displaying HTML content in Approved Documents and displaying HTML content in Sent Emails can be configured independently.

To display Approved Document HTML content:

1. Ensure [Configuring Approved Email as Document Model](../ConfiguringAE/AEConfig.htm) is complete.
2. Enable the tab for the **approved\_document\_\_v** object.

To display Sent Email HTML content:

1. Ensure [Configuring Approved Email as Document Model](../ConfiguringAE/AEConfig.htm) is complete.
2. Enable the tab for the **sent\_email\_\_v** object.

### Using Previews for Rendered Approved Email Content

To view a preview of the rendered content of an Approved Email, navigate to the Approved Email record's detail page. Users can also view previews of email messages from the Approved Email tab.
