## Loading Shared Resources with Veeva’s Custom URL Scheme

To ensure presentations containing shared resources always display correctly and efficiently, especially large and complex presentations, business admin users can enable Veeva’s custom URL scheme for CLM content. When end users display CLM content, the shared resources are loaded from the veevafile:// origin and avoids cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) issues.

To configure this feature, grant business admin users Edit field permission to the **allow\_insecure\_local\_file\_access\_\_v** field on the multichannel\_settings\_\_v object.

### Enabling Veeva’s Custom URL Scheme as

To configure how the system loads HTML content:

1. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Multichannel Settings**.
2. Select the appropriate Multichannel Settings record.
3. Populate the **Allow Insecure Local File Access setting** with the value 1.
