## Managing CLM Content in Vault CRM

* Object Model

Content admin users can upload and manage CLM content manually in Vault CRM using the following methods:

* Directly uploading media files for existing key\_message\_\_v records
* Uploading key\_message\_\_v records in bulk via FTPS after creating the appropriate clm\_presentation\_\_v and clm\_presentation\_slide\_\_v records

This is different from creating and managing content in PromoMats/MedComms and syncing the content to CRM. Direct access to the media files for key messages allows content admin users to easily troubleshoot errors in presentations. Additionally, content admin users can copy presentations with their slides and key messages to quickly create new presentations or copy a presentation to another Vault to make it available to other users.
