## Retiring Expired Presentations

* Document Model

Content admin users can define start and end dates for presentations to manage how long end users can access a presentation containing information that requires regular updates. Expired presentations can be removed from use without requiring users to sync their devices. This helps to reduce the number of presentations from a user’s media library, making it easier to find presentations they need.

**Who can use this feature?**

* End Users - iPad, iPhone
* [Retire expired presentations](#Retire)
* Users do not require an additional license

End users can only display presentations in the CLM media player and from calls if the current date is between the Start Date and End Date defined on the presentation (inclusive). Expired presentations are automatically removed from the media library without requiring end users to sync their devices.

For training purposes, the Training tab displays Training presentations before the Start Date, but does not display presentations after the End Date.
