## Tracking CLM Activity as Unassigned Presentations

* Document Model

When end users present CLM content, the activity is automatically recorded, even if an account is not selected when displaying the content or exiting the media player. End users can later review unassigned presentations in My Schedule and associate them with the appropriate account as needed. This eliminates the need to assign an account during a call, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency.

#### Displaying Unassigned Presentations in My Schedule

To display an unassigned presentation in My Schedule, the unassigned presentation must use the clm\_\_v object type. For information on associating unassigned presentations with accounts, see [Associating Unassigned Presentations with Calls](../../../CallPlanning/Managing/SaveforLater.htm).

The Save for Later action displays in the action menu in the media player. This allows users to save the current CLM session as an unassigned presentation and start a new session. Saving the activity for later stamps the following information on multichannel\_activity\_\_v records:

* media\_preview\_\_v = True
* saved\_for\_later\_\_v = True

The share\_channel\_\_v field is not stamped on multichannel\_activity\_line\_\_v records.

Save for Later does not display in the action menu for training presentations.
