## Allowing Downloads for Auto-Published CLM Content and ISI and PI Documents from the HCP Content Player

Content creator users in PromoMats/MedComms can control whether a download button displays in the HCP Content Player for an auto-published CLM presentation and for ISI and PI documents. This allows HCPs to download content and view it without an internet connection or save a copy for reference.

For CLM presentations, the HCP Content Player only supports downloading auto-published CLM presentations. Downloading binders and slides and custom presentations is not supported.

**Who can use this feature?**

* CLM Integration Users - Browser
* Content Creator Users in PromoMats/MedComms - Browser
* [Allow downloads for auto-published content and ISI and PI documents from the HCP Content Player](#Allowing)
* End Users - Browser

Populate one or both of the following fields with the value CRM in the External Viewer section of the auto-published document or ISI or PI documents in PromoMats/MedComms:

* Allow PDF Download – Recipients can download a PDF rendition of the auto-published presentation or the ISI or PI document. This field maps to the allow\_pdf\_download\_\_v field on the clm\_presentation\_\_v or reference\_document\_\_v record in CRM.
* Allow Source Download – Recipients can download the source file for the auto-published presentation or the ISI or PI document. This field maps to the allow\_source\_download\_\_v field on the clm\_presentation\_\_v or reference\_document\_\_v record in CRM.
