## Managing Display Names for CLM Presentations and ISI and PI Documents

Content creators can define display names in PromoMats/MedComms for each presentation and their associated ISI and PI documents, which display in web link previews and in the HCP Content Player. This ensures the appropriate names display to HCPs when viewing content from a web link.

To configure this feature:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets**.
2. Select the appropriate permission set.
3. Navigate to **Objects > CLM Presentation** in the permission set.
4. Grant Edit field permission to the **external\_display\_name\_\_v** on the clm\_presentation\_\_v and reference\_document\_\_v objects.
5. Navigate to **CRM Setup > Content Setup > CLM**.
6. Select **View Map** for the appropriate PromoMats/MedComms connection in the Vault Connection Management Section.
7. Select **Compare CRM to Vault** to ensure the external\_display\_name\_\_v field in Vault CRM is correctly mapped to the crm\_external\_display\_name\_\_v field in PromoMats/MedComms.

To configure this feature:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Document Fields**.
2. Select the appropriate document type for CLM presentations (auto-published presentations and Binders) or ISI and PI documents.
3. Select **Add > Existing Shared Field**.
4. Select **CRM External Display Name (crm\_external\_display\_name\_\_v)**.
5. Select **OK**.

When creating or editing a CLM presentation or an ISI or PI document in PromoMats/MedComms, populate the crm\_external\_display\_name\_\_v field with the appropriate display name. This field is mapped to the external\_display\_name\_\_v field on the appropriate clm\_presentation\_\_v or reference\_document\_\_v record in CRM as part of the CLM integration.

When end users share a web link, the link preview is generated with the defined presentation display name.

When HCPs access the presentation web link and view the content in the HCP Content Player, the presentation display name displays at the top of the browser window and links for the ISI and PI documents display in the bottom left corner (desktop) or the top right corner (mobile) of the window.

When HCPs access the ISI or PI link in the HCP Content Player, the document displays in a new tab and the display name displays at the top of the browser window.
