## Opportunity Management Overview

Opportunity Management provides a standardized process for tracking and scaling sales operations across an organization. By centralizing sales data, sales teams can effectively act on market trends, forecast revenue, and allocate resources.

At the individual level, users can create and advance an Opportunity through predefined stages of the sales cycle. Users can also add relevant information, for example, customer information, a competitor’s product, and dynamic price calculations, to help prepare them for customer visits. Additionally, when closing an Opportunity, users can capture key reasons for a won/lost deal to refine sales strategies.

Content creators can use the Opportunity Management Page Template to create an Opportunity Overview tab.

* End Users
  + Create, manage, and track Opportunities through defined lifecycle stages
  + Add competitor information
  + Add feedback for closed deals
* Content Creators
  + Creates an X-Page dashboard to display Opportunity data, for example, KPIs, pipelines, and revenue
