## Creating an Order from a Call

Users can place orders for an account from an associated call. On group calls, the account the order is recorded for is the account of the parent call.

**Who can use this feature?**

* End Users - Browser, iPad, Windows

* Users do not require an additional license

### Configuring Creating an Order from a Call for

To configure this feature:

1. Ensure [Configuring Order Management](../../OM_Config.htm) is complete.
2. Ensure [Enabling Orders for an Account](EnableOrdersAccount.htm) is complete for the account.
3. Ensure [Configuring Call Reporting](../../../Call_Reporting_2/ConfiguringCR.htm) is complete.

To create an order from a call:

Browser
iPad

1. Select the **All Actions** menu while recording or editing a call.
2. Select **Create Order**. The order entry page opens in a new tab.

1. Select the **All Actions** menu while recording or editing a call .
2. Select **Create Order**.
3. Select **Save**, **Submit**, or **Cancel** on the order to return to the Call.
