## Changing Order Line Column Widths

The default column width for order line fields is approximately 150 pixels. This may not be an appropriate width for all fields, as some fields have longer labels or can contain longer values. To fully show the label and values of fields, Admins can configure widths for order line fields.

To configure this feature, ensure [Configuring Order Management](../../OM_Config.htm) is complete.

To change the widths of columns on the order\_line\_\_v layout:

1. Navigate to the **OM\_ORDER\_LINE\_COLUMN\_WIDTH;;ORDER\_MANAGEMENT** Veeva Message record.
2. Select **Edit** from the all actions menu.
3. Set the **Active** field to False.
4. Select **Save**.
5. Select **Copy Record** from the all actions menu.
6. Enter column width configuration in the Text field in the format Field API Name:Pixels on the copied record. For example: product\_identifier\_\_v:200,product\_description\_\_v:250,net\_price\_\_v:125
7. Set the **Active** field to True.
8. Select **Save**.

Column widths apply to all order\_line\_\_v layouts the field is present on. Columns cannot be configured to have different widths across different layouts. The product\_\_v field column width cannot be configured.
