## Patient CRM Overview

Vault Patient CRM is a customer relationship management application with patient journey capabilities and a patient-centric data model to compliantly manage Protected Health Information & Personally Identifiable Information (PHI/PII) data and patient services programs on the Vault Platform.

Patient CRM:

Enables comprehensive patient support through detailed journey tracking

Monitors treatment progression

Provides personalized intervention management

Generates real-world data insights

This functionality supports pharmaceutical companies in optimizing therapeutic outcomes, advancing precision medicine initiatives, and improving patient adherence through data-driven analysis of individual patient experiences.
