## Patient CRM

This release gives Patient CRM users more flexibility to reflect how care unfolds. Concurrent and Optional journey step phases allow multiple stages of a care program to run at the same time, or proceed as optional, helping keep a patient’s progress moving smoothly through their care plan. Adherence tracking also becomes more adaptable, with users now able to edit and update notes as new information comes in.

Concurrent and optional Journey Phase Steps allow multiple stages of a care program to remain active simultaneously or run as optional, preventing operational bottlenecks from stalling a patient’s progress.
