# What's New in Patient CRM 26R2.3

## Patient CRM

Patient CRM provides a clearer, more centralized view of care coordination. The new All Active Patient Journeys grid in the Case Inbox allows users to view every accessible journey in one place, with current status, in-progress phases, and last-updated dates visible at a glance. This addition offers significant value for care teams, providing a single, real-time view of where every patient stands across the full caseload.

Patient CRM users can view active Patient Journeys across all owners in a single grid within the Case Inbox. The All Active Patient Journeys view surfaces the current status, in-progress phases, and last-updated date for every accessible journey.

# User Visible and Behavior Changes (UVCs)

Most new functionality requires some configuration, however users are able to use the following functionality immediately. Select the thumbnail to view a larger image.
