## Configuring Agentic Email

To configure Agentic Email:

1. Ensure [Configuring Vault AI in CRM](../Configuration.htm) is complete.
2. Ensure users have Execute permission to the **Agentic Email**:

   * Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets**
   * Select the appropriate permission set
   * Select the **Agents** tab
   * Select the Execute checkbox for the **Agentic Email** (agentic\_email\_agent\_\_v)
3. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Veeva AI Setup > Agents**.
4. Select the **Agentic Email**.
5. Select **Edit**.
6. Select **Active** in the Status picklist.
7. Select **Save**.
8. Expand the **Actions** section.
9. Verify the appropriate agent actions are Active for the agent:

   * Rewrite – Rewrites specific text in the email template with different style variations
