## Configuring Agentic Insight Quality

### Configuring Agentic Insight Quality for

To configure this agent:

1. Ensure the following are complete:

   * [Configuring Vault AI in CRM](../Configuration.htm)
   * [Key Medical Insights](../../Medical/KMI.htm)
2. Grant the following permissions:

   | medical\_insight\_\_v | RE | All applicable object types | * insight\_quality\_agent\_ran\_\_v | Edit |
3. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Vault AI Setup > Agents**.
4. Select the **Insight Quality Agent**.
5. Select **Edit**.
6. Select **Active** in the Status picklist.
7. Select **Save**.
8. Expand the **Actions** section.
9. Verify the following agent action is Active:

   * Analyze Insight - Analyzing the insight and provides the user feedback
10. Ensure users have Execute permission to the Insight Quality Agent.

    * Navigate to **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets**
    * Select the appropriate permission set
    * Select the **Agents** tab
    * Select the **Execute** checkbox for Insight Quality Agent
11. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > Medical Insights > Layouts**.
12. Add the **description\_\_v** field in a one-column detail form section on the layout. This should be the only field in the section.
13. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Agent Rules**.
14. Set the status of each rule with a type of Insight Quality Rule to **Active**.

    On Veeva-provided rules, admins can only update the Status and Display Order.
15. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > vmobile\_object\_configuration\_\_v**.
16. Ensure **agent\_rule\_\_v** VMOCs are active for the iPad platform.
