## Configuring Agentic Account Summary

To configure Agentic Account Summary:

1. Ensure [Configuring Vault AI in CRM](../Configuration.htm) is complete.
2. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Vault AI Setup > Agents**.
3. Select the **Account Summary Agent** (pre\_call\_agent\_\_v).
4. Select **Edit**.
5. Select **Active** in the Status picklist.
6. Select **Save**.
7. Expand the **Actions** section.
8. Verify the appropriate agent actions are Active for the agent.

   * Summarize Account - Summarizes the account activity
