## Agentic Account Summary Overview

Agentic Account Summary uses AI to intelligently assist users in planning and preparing for interactions with HCPs. Through an interactive AI Chat, users can ask for information or for assistance planning their activities. The agent analyzes and consolidates complex information from across Vault CRM into a concise, actionable response. This eliminates the need for users to manually review multiple data points, leading to more focused preparation, targeted outreach, and enhanced productivity.

### Accessing Agentic Account Summary

To access Agentic Account Summary, select the AI icon from one of the following entry points:

* Account Details, including:
* Related object sections selected from the Account Details screen
* Account tabs—for example, Account Hierarchy, Sphere of Influence, and Stakeholder Navigator
* Call Reports
