## Pre-Call Tab

The Pre-Call tab allows content developers to integrate AI-driven chat interfaces directly into their primary CRM workflows. Centralizing these custom elements into a single, easily accessible tab helps enhance end users’ readiness, streamlines pre-call planning, and drives more meaningful engagements with HCPs.

For example, before meeting with an HCP, an end user opens the Pre-Call tab on their iPad to query the AI about the HCP's recent interactions, generating a tailored discussion guide.
