Align Overview
Veeva Align is a global territory management system enabling users to maintain, refine, and publish territory structures, their associated assignments, as well as manage roster members.
Several objects in Align directly correlate with other objects in Vault CRM. For example, the aln__territory__v object, which corresponds with the Vault CRM standard territory__v object. These Align objects are used to represent territory structures and assignments in the past, present, and future, as opposed to the standard Vault CRM objects, which focus only on the present. Align enables operational users to build-out new territory structures, or refine existing ones and their assignments before pushing the changes to CRM
Align also enables operational users to create comprehensive rules that automate the assignment of accounts to territories.
Users require an Align License. See Vault CRM Licensing Overview for more information.
Not all features are available on all platforms. For a list of available platforms for each feature, see Platform Functionality.
