Assigning Roster Members in Align
Align operational users can manage their rosters directly within Vault CRM using a dedicated Roster Management tab to create, edit, and delete roster members in. Users can also manage roster members' territory assignments, ensuring roster members correctly associate with their territories.

Configuring Assigning Roster Members for

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Align is complete.
Managing Roster Member Assignments as

Align operational users can view, create, and edit territory assignments for a roster member from the member's detail page. To create a territory assignment:
- Navigate to the Territories section of the appropriate aln_roster_member__v record.
- Select + Create.

Populate the following fields:
- Territory – Select the appropriate aln_territory__v record
- Start Date – The start date of the assignment
- End Date – The end date of the assignment

Primary – Select Yes if the selected aln_territory__v record represents the roster member's primary territory.
A roster member can only have one primary territory assignment.
- Send to CRM – Select Yes to schedule the assignments created by this rule to send to Vault CRM. Select No to keep all assignments created by this rule local to Align.
- Select Save.
Viewing Historical Roster Member Territory Assignments
The list of a roster member's territory assignments displays in the Territories section of the aln_roster_member__v record. By default, this list only displays active assignments. Select Show End-Dated Records from the All Actions menu to update the list to display both active and end-dated assignments.
