Managing Align Territories
Align operational users can manage and maintain territory hierarchies directly within Vault CRM.

Align Operational Users
To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Align is complete.
Viewing Territories as
Align Operational Users
The Territories tab contain the following sub-tabs:
- List – Active records display in a grid layout. Users can select column headers to sort the list.
- Hierarchy – Displays the records as a tree structure. Users can navigate the hierarchy by expanding and collapsing branches of the structure.
Managing Territories and End-Dating Assignments as
Align Operational Users
Navigate to an individual aln_territory__v record by selecting it from the Territories tab or from a related record.
In addition to creating various related records and editing the record's details, Align operational users can also end-date a territory from the record detail page by editing the end_date__v field.
End dating a territory also end dates all records related to the territory, for example, aln_account_territory__v or aln_roster_member_territory__v records.
