Requiring Users to Select a Call Address
To ensure regulatory compliance, the Address field on the call report can default to None, requiring users to select an address instead of the preferred or primary address displaying by default. This ensures users are using the correct address for the call. The Address field is still required for users to save or submit the call.

Configuring Requiring Users to Select a Call Address for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
- Enable the default_call_address_none__v Veeva Setting.
- Ensure users have edit field permission to the address__v field on the call2__v object.
Using Required Call Address Selection as

On the call report, the Address field defaults to None. Users must select an address to save or submit the call. When this functionality is enabled, primary addresses or default addresses set through My Preferred Address are bypassed.
This functionality affects all new calls created from the following entry points:
- Account
- Call
- Call Objective
- My Schedule
- CLM
- CLM with Save for Later
- Medical Inquiry
