Displaying the Call Objectives Component
The Call Objectives component displays counts for all objectives and those past the alert threshold. Selecting this component displays the list of current Call Objectives. Users can create a call report directly from the list of Call Objectives.

- End Users - iPad, iPhone, Windows

- Users do not require an additional license
Configuring the Call Objectives Component for
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Call Objectives is complete.
- Ensure Vault CRM Mobile Application Home Page is configured.
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Navigate to Objects > VMobile Home Page Layout (vmobile_home_page_layout__v).
- Grant users View permission to the home_page_call_objectives_section__v object control.
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > VMobile Home Page Layout (vmobile_home_page_layout__v) > Layouts.
- Place the home_page_call_objectives_section__v section control on the appropriate vmobile_home_page_layout__v layout.
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Veeva Settings (veeva_setting__v).
- Select the ENABLE_OFFLINE_CALL_OBJECTIVES (enable_offline_call_objectives__v) Veeva Setting checkbox.
Admins can manage the title of the Call Objectives component using the CALL_OBJECTIVES;;CallObjectives Veeva Message.
Displaying the Call Objectives Component as
When end users view the home page in Vault CRM, the Call Objectives component displays.
