Managing the Vault CRM Cache
Cache is used to store reusable parts of the application on the server to improve response time for users. The Vault CRM application uses cache on the Veeva servers for the components specific to the Vault CRM application.
Who can use this feature?
- Browser users
- Users do not require an additional license
- Admins
Cache is loaded once per user profile to increase performance before being rebuilt.
Refreshing the cache allows users to view any updates to the Vault CRM database objects. Signing in and out does not clear the cache for the Vault CRM-specific components.
Admins must manually clear the cache after updating configurations to allow users to sync the updates to their devices. To clear the cache manually:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Veeva Common.
- Select Clear Cache.
