Configuring Network Account Search

To activate the Network Account Search:

  1. Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > network_settings__v object.
  2. Select Global Network Settings.
  3. Enable the Activate Network Account Search Network Setting.
  4. Set the Network Customer Master Mode Network Setting to 1.
  5. Verify the New Account Wizard Veeva Setting is enabled.
  6. Grant users permission to the Network Account Search page.
  7. Remove Create permission for the account__v object for the security profile for Browser users only.

Configuring Territory Assignment for

  1. Grant users read/write access to the ATL object.
  2. Use the chart below to configure Territory Assignment:

    Territory Selection Method

    Configuration

    Territories assigned to Account 

    Automatically assign to the first territory in the list

    NETWORK_NAW_ASSIGN_ALL_TERR setting is FALSE

     All previous territories +

    First territory in the list

    Automatically assign All territories to the Account

    NETWORK_NAW_ASSIGN_ALL_TERR setting is TRUE

     All previous territories + All of the User's assigned territories
