Configuring Network Account Search

To activate the Network Account Search:

  1. Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > network_settings__v object.
  2. Select Global Network Settings.
  3. Enable the ACTIVATE NETWORK ACCOUNT SEARCH Network Setting.
  4. Set the Network Customer Master Mode Network Setting to 1.
  5. Verify the NEW_ACCOUNT_WIZARD Veeva Setting is enabled.
  6. Grant users permission to the Network Account Search page.
  7. Remove Create permission for the account__v object for the security profile for Browser users only.
  8. Grant users Read permission for the country__v and country_code__v fields on the user__sys object.
