Configuring Network Account Search

Enable Exact Search

To activate the Network Account Search:

Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > network_settings__v object.
Select Global Network Settings.
Enable the Activate Network Account Search Network Setting.
Set the Network Customer Master Mode Network Setting to 1.
Verify the New Account Wizard Veeva Setting is enabled.
Grant users permission to the Network Account Search page.
Remove Create permission for the account__v object for the security profile for Browser users only.

All Users

Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
Select the Integration User permission set.
Select the Objects tab.
Grant Integration Users CRED access to the account_territory_loader__v object.
Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Network Settings.

Configure the NETWORK_NAW_ASSIGN_ALL_TERR Network Setting according to the following table:

Territory Selection Method	NETWORK_NAW_ASSIGN_ALL_TERR Check Box	Territories assigned to Account
Automatically assign to the first territory in the list	Not Selected	All previous territories + First territory in the list
