Adding a Marketing Banner to the Medical Inquiry Signature Page
Admins can add a company logo or other image as a marketing banner to the Medical Inquiry signature page for added visual interest or product placement.
Validation Disclaimer
Adding a Marketing Banner to the Medical Inquiry Signature Page is released without validation. This feature requires enablement and does not affect other Vault CRM functionality. It was extensively tested by our QA team during the development and release process and will go through validation at a later date.

Adding a Marketing Banner as

To configure this feature:

Ensure Requiring Medical Inquiry Signatures is configured.

Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects.

Select veeva_settings__v.

Select Edit.

Select Allow attachments.

Select Save.

Navigate to Business Admin > Objects.

Select veeva_settings__v.

Select the appropriate veeva_settings__v record.
If an application profile-specific Veeva Setting is not available, an attachment from the Global Veeva Setting is used.

Upload an image named vmobile-image.xxx (where xxx is the standard file extension for the file type). Supported file types are JPG, PNG and GIF. GIF files do not animate. Marketing banners can be up to 700 pixels wide and 300 pixels high. For iPad, do not exceed 333 pixels wide by 181 pixels high or the image does not render.

Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > VMobile Object Configurations.

Ensure a VMOC for the veeva_settings__v object is active for the appropriate platforms.
Using Marketing Banners as

When the end user selects Sign on a Medical Inquiry, the signature page displays with the marketing banner at the top of the page.
